The alternating red and white stripes stand for the original 13 British colonies because they became the first states to be part of the union. One look at Old Glory will have you placing your hand over your heart and singing the Star Spangled Banner. This personalized American flag is a great ornament for an immigrant who has just become a citizen, a military veteran or an American citizen who is patriotic.

If there is no color choice, it is not available on that particular ornament. We will do everything possible to catch any mistakes in spelling, etc., but are not responsible if we do as you request, and it is then not correct.
