Celebrated throughout Mexico the Day of the Dead gathers friends and family to pray for those who have passed from this world into the next. It takes place on November 1st to coincide with the Catholic celebrations for All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day. Friends and family pray and bring gifts of food and drink to the grave sites of loved ones to leave there as an offering, a practice dating back hundreds of years to the Aztec Festival. This personalized skull ornament is a hot pink in color with many glittered flower adornments around the skull. You will love the bright color for your Halloween tree.
