If there is no color choice, it is not available on that particular ornament. We will do everything possible to catch any mistakes in spelling, etc., but are not responsible if we do as you request, and it is then not correct. The ornament you see above is the way it will look when you get it, except for the personalizing instructions you give us and any optional attributes you select.

12/4/2011 -"Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but I have been out of town. The replacement ornament was waiting for me, when I got back, and it is perfect! Hopefully, the paint problem on my male snowman was just a fluke?! I was able to take a photograph of the defective one on my phone, but since I opted not to have internet capabilities, I can only send it to another phone and I don`t know what number I would use? (in case you haven`t already realized, I`m a bit technologically challenged!) So you can add me to your list of satisfied customers, who will vouch that you stand by your products unconditionally.
