Onion Soup

I gave this ornament to my daughter because we always go out and eat Onion Soup. It is a great memory to have for us. The ornament is nicely made and looks good on our tree.

This delicious soup is made of caramelized onions and beef stock. After a slice of bread or a crouton has been added to the bowl of soup, cheese, typically gruyere, is added on top. It's then put under the broiler until the cheese melts and browns. Served in a ramekin, our French Onion Soup ornament is made of resin.
