While most skateboards are made with maple wood and polyurethane coat, this glass skateboard version is on a hot streak with flames and billiard black eight-ball motif. Performing tricks at a skatepark with the built-in ramps is a lot of fun for the diehard skateboarder who loves to get air on his stunts. Current boards are more aerodynamic than the original crates with roller skates attached to the bottom. Skateboarding was born when surfers wanted to surf in the months when it was too cold or there were no waves, so they made their own! Skate punks who do skateboarding tricks such as kickflips and ollies have revolutionized the world of skateboarding and are the reason this has become an extreme sport.
