Ornaments shown on our site are personalized, as examples only, so you can see where we put the words/names you give us. Some ornaments allow you to select hair or uniform color. If there is no color choice, it is not available on that particular ornament. We will do everything possible to catch any mistakes in spelling, etc., but are not responsible if we do as you request, and it is then not correct. The ornament you see above is the way it will look when you get it, except for the personalizing instructions you give us and any optional attributes you select.

"First of all, you can tell you have been buying ornaments for 27 years. Secondly, you state on your website that your customers come first and they must be 100% satisfied. That is the most important statement you can make because it's 100% true. If I am a satisfied customer, everyone else is. My bar has always been set very high and I do not frequent businesses that give poor customer service. I ordered for the first time last year.
