Japanese Sushi restaurants are extremely popular in the U.S. Thin, very fresh slices of raw fish are placed over a bed of rice and wasabi, which is Japanese horseradish that is sure to clean out your nasal passages. Slices of fresh ginger and more wasabi are served with the pieces. On this board you can see Ebi which are prawn shrimp, Sake which is salmon, Ika which is squid, Maguro which is tuna and Tako which is octopus. This personalized sushi ornament is for the sushi or sashimi lover who goes to the sushi bar often for lunch or dinner and likes to be culinarily adventurous and loves to try new fish dishes.
