This decoration is entirely made out of glass and the rim on this tire really shines like hand polished chrome that a car lover takes great pride in showing off when he washes his car. Personalization will appear across the top of the tire and across the bottom of the tire. Commemorate a trip to the NASCAR races or the Indy 500 for a keepsake of the heart pounding excitement of the cars whizzing around the track.
