Pere Noel is French for Father Christmas or Santa Claus. Dressed in red velvet, he is shown with a basket of toys on his back surrounded by the children in the village who are thrilled with his arrival.(the year 2017 is on the back) This beautiful collector's glass ball ornament has a famous image of Father Christmas replicated on silk surrounded by a gold thread border that is adhered to the front of the glass ball. The sides and back of this glass ball are covered with an ornate scroll design of gold glitter that surrounds the year that is stamped in gold glitter on the back. GLASS BALLS COME IN ASSORTED COLORS, SO WE WILL CHOOSE FOR YOU!

LOVE the Kreb's Santa on Silk ornaments! Please, please continue to carry them. My husband and I have gotten one for every year we've been married...so far we have 21 of them. Just wish the selection to choose from was a little larger :-)
Was happy to find the Krebs Santa on Silk. We waited too long to order last year and never found one. Ordered 3 for family and they arrived well packaged and undammaged. Will be ordering again for next year!
I have been collecting the Krebs Christmas Year bulbs since 1988. The sources for finding them has mostly disappeared until I found the Ornament Shop. For the last two years I have been getting them here. I have even had a couple special ordered for a couple of years that I could not find them.
I ordered last year from Ornament Shop and was so pleased! I have collected the Santa on Silk ornaments for years and this was the ONLY place I could still find them. I hope that you will continue to carry them. For dated ornaments, they couldn't be more beautiful!
This one is my gift to me and it's really lovely. Can't wait to see it on my tree this year.

I have gotten a new Christmas ball every year since my husband and I have been together. Has been hard in the last few years to find a dated Christmas ball.
