9/20/2018 - "Our gift to our granddaughter is a beautiful Ruby ornament with her nickname and birthday on it. We gave it as a trinket gift for her wedding as they begin their first Christmas together and think we will get her husband one later. We had some delay with the post office, it had nothing to do with OrnamentShop.com, and usually our post office is perfect. We had the luxury of meeting two of the companies customer care people. Their photos were on the screen, so after a few emails I feel they are almost friends. They couldn't have been kinder. Long story short, our son, the brides' father, had a heart attack and left for the hospital right after the ceremony. He is doing well after having 4 stents put in his heart. I told these sweet girls all about it and they sent me such caring emails so I not only have this beautiful ornament for our Bride granddaughter, but I feel I have 2 friends praying and caring about our family and me. Who would have thought a mailing issue would give me so much good. Thank them and give them a raise. They are wonderful people. John"
