She explained how the ornament is usually packed & suggested a few places to look. She told me how long she would be available to contact & gave me a phone number at which to reach her. Sure enough, the item was there. Debbie was very tactful in that she was sure the item was included, yet she wanted me to be happy & assured me she would make it right if, in fact, the ornament was missing.
