10/8/2017 - "Hear Ye, Hear Ye, I am extremely satisfied w/the ornament that was personalized by the Ornament Shop personnel. I have been purchasing award/gift items from Ornament Shop for many, many years. Their quality of service has always been "Above and Beyond". "The Few...The Proud" fit on the first line of the base. During the purchase phrase I added a note to the Personalizing Department. I wrote: "LCpl Jacob Ross Detachment IF NOT LCpl Jacob Ross Det.". To my amazement when the ornament arrived they had placed on the bottom line of the base the entire text. The print was completed in such well organized and thought out manner. I have never been unsatisfied when opening a well protected and carefully packed gift. The one time that I required text that was too long for an item I received a phone call from Customer Service. The technician was extremely courteous and helpful. We came to an agreement, the ornament was ordered w/the new text and it arrived quickly in the mail. By the way the shipping cost are very reasonable; if you order(5) or more items the shipping cost is free; see details. The Ornament Shop carries many branches of the Military; what better way to say: "Thank You For Your Service" to the Men and Women who are serving/have served Our Country.
