I e-mailed the company and got a telephone call almost immediately! The lady on the phone (I'm embarrassed to say, I can't recall her name) was not only extremely courteous and helpful, she solved the problem for me. She also made sure my entire order was sent out in a very timely fashion. Also, like always, the items were packed perfectly. Debbie from one of your departments called me, way after typical business hours, which told me she had been working late, yet it was important to her to help resolve the issue. She explained how the ornament is usually packed & suggested a few places to look. She told me how long she would be available to contact & gave me a phone number at which to reach her. Sure enough, the item was there. Debbie was very tactful in that she was sure the item was included, yet she wanted me to be happy & assured me she would make it right if, in fact, the ornament was missing. She did a great job protecting the company's bottom line AND its public image. Debby D."
