At we offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!

Simply put… If you are not pleased with an item you purchased, we will replace it or refund its purchase price, in full.

The only exceptions to this guarantee will be:

  • You misspelled a word during personalization instructions and we duplicated it
  • You claim an item is defective but will not e-mail us a picture or send it back to us for our evaluation
  • You send an item back to us and it is broken when it arrives in our offices
  • You selected an incorrect year from the drop-down menu or entered an incorrect date
  • You want to return an ornament to us that has been personalized
  • You purchased a Table Top decoration and want to exchange it for an ornament

If you receive an order with a broken or misspelled item (unfortunately it happens!) we will promptly replace it so long as we have it in stock. If the item is sold out, we will either help you find a satisfactory replacement, or give you a full refund.

Any issues with an order must be reported within 10 business days of delivery date. If an issue is reported after 10 business days reserves the right not to send a replacement.
