nice weight

I was very pleased with the ornament; a good weight for an ornament - not too heavy. Personalized in a nice font - readable. I wish it wasn't as pricey with shipping. It came promptly. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Great Customer Service

The picture is a good representation of the ornament. It is a nice size and made of glass. It was cute when we opened it, they did a great job personalizing it. After looking closely at the ornament I found a small crack in a corner. It wasn't visible from where they personalized it, so I figured they hadn't seen the defect when it was personalized. It took about a week for me to get the ornament. It was the Wednesday before Christmas when I called about a replacement. I spoke to a very polite woman who was sorry for what had happened. She assured me that a new ornament would go out that day. I got it that Friday. I was very happy to get it in time for Christmas. I would recommend this ornament if you like RVing and this company OrnamentShop.com to purchase it.

Camper ornament

I want to order another one this year, both my grandsons go camping with us, gave it to the 5 yr old and next year will give one to the 2 yr old.
